• Send a photo of your Driving License A / C, Identity Card and Tax ID number.
• Send photos of return plane tickets and hotel/villa vouchers.
• Screenshot of one of your personal social media.
• Willing to be documented when handing over the car (without wearing a mask and sunglasses).
• Cars/motorbikes can only be used in the Bali area.
• Tickets in and out of airport parking are the responsibility of the renter.
• The renter is obliged to return the fuel as before.
• Cars/Motorbikes cannot be transferred. If it is discovered that the tenant has changed hands, the tenant will suffer consequences in any form.
• Free vehicle pick-up and drop-off from 08:00 - 21:00.
• Car/motorbike pick-up and drop-off services outside the area for fees will be adjusted to the distance from our office.

Vehicle rental payments are considered valid by making a bank transfer payment to our company account (via our website payment form).

If the renter cancels the order, the payment cannot be refunded.
